Your request and confirmation

Submitting the booking form asks us to check availability. We confirm the package, venue, event times and any travel quote before providing your invoice and booking contract.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Travel is included within 15 km of central Geelong. Beyond that, travel is quoted after enquiry. A 25% deposit secures the confirmed date; the balance is due one week before the event. Payment is by bank transfer. The partnership is not registered for GST and does not charge GST.

Access and setup

Please allow approximately 3 m × 3 m of level floor space and a nearby standard power point. Tell us about stairs, loading restrictions, outdoor setups and venue access times before booking. We will agree the setup arrangements with you.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if your date, venue or plans change. Your issued booking contract sets out the applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms. This page is a general booking summary; the specific details and terms are in the documents supplied for your event.

Optional services

Expressions of interest in a photographer, DJ or videographer are subject to separate availability and quotation. They are not part of a photo booth booking unless expressly confirmed.
